Greg
Klamt I integrate a variety of traditional media with my digital painting techniques to create Possible Moments in Improbable Worlds. I am inspired by a reverence for nature, a fascination with texture, and a great appreciation of the absurd. I enjoy making images that are on one level detailed and rich in texture, content, and depth - yet not quite realistic. Coming out of a traditional art background, I began working in digital in 1982. I incorporate drawings, photography, painting, etching, natural textures, and other resources to inspire and enhance my vision. I sometimes refer to my style as Techno-Organic PhotoSurrealism - a melding of the traditional and organic with computer technology to explore the edges of imagination.
